So I have been away with problems with CJ (Commission Junction) but everything is now fine and up again so I’ll start posting reguarly again.

It’s pretty much a place where you can outsource your work while having a record to keep track of your employees. It does something like record their screen every 10 minutes or so (I believe) allowing you to check on their progress. The rates there are pretty cheap but I personally never had a good feeling about outsourcing. I mean you’re pretty much giving away your niche and telling them exactly what to do that that has made you money.

Personally I have only outsourced once for 10 articles (not from Odesk) and 5/10 of the articles did not even pass Copyscape. Needless to say, I don’t really personally believe in outsourcing but if you do and are looking for a good cheap way to outsource while being able to track their progress, check out http://www.odesk.com.
